The Canadian famous Booster Juice franchise came about in 1999, by an
ambitious Albertan man named Dale Wishewan. He opened the very first store in
Suburban Edmonton and has not stopped since. When he first started out,
Wishewan had no experience in retail or food services, but had a strong desire
to enter the smoothie market. The first store was opened using money that he
made from the stock market, with expectations to make Booster Juice the
dominant smoothie store in Canada.
When the company started out, Wishewan wanted to open as many stores as he could. He wanted the business to expand quickly, before other companies could join the market. By the second year in business, there were more than 200 Booster Juice stores open across Canada.
Do you think by year two of Booster Juice, it was too early to assume the business would continue to thrive?
How many people do you think can actually successfully create a national business in two years?

I think it was a fair prediction because generation y is very into being healthy and fit.
ReplyDeleteI think if you market correctly and really consider your audience that you are catering to you can definitely succeed.
